Good handwriting takes it all?

Is handwriting very important to reflect one’s personality?

Well i am happy for the people who judge one’s personality from their handwriting. But the same individuals will not be able to interpret someone through their typing! I never understand how can a person’s mental status, his thought process and his imagination be reflected from his handwriting on a piece of paper. Absurd judging!

I don’t say its  meretricious or absolutely false, but neither is it completely practical. When i attended some on-line lectures on how to improve handwriting and  how to judge someone from his handwriting  i was totally amazed to see so many decree and list of rules binding together to form a book for those who learn calligraphy.

When we start writing a sentence on a piece of paper, we never think whether our handwriting goes left slant or right slant, they are arched or plane, thin or fat, tall or short, they create a loop or are they continuous, narrow or flat, or do a person stress more on the letter “o”. I seriously doubt that if anyone would think all this creep before writing, he would never be able to write freely.

Some even say that a person from outside is quiet different from what he is inside, and to know this, his handwriting is the biggest tool. Well again a perplexing interrogation. Neither i understand the fact that some criminals are caught red handed after they fail in the truth test which is based on handwriting.

I may have a fairly good or fairly bad handwriting – never ashamed of it, though i feel that handwriting should always be given secondary priority as there may be many other virtues to decide a personality. Well, on the contrary, a good handwriting wins situations.
